Theme
The theme of the book, "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn" is: Make your decisions on what you think is best, not what others think is best. I think this theme fits best for this book because in chap. 16 when Huck is really contemplating whether he is doing the right thing in helping Jim to freedom, he thinks about what the people will think, and if what he doing actually is right, but eventually he knows that him helping Jim to freedom is the best thing to do. Also, when Huck fakes his own death in chap. 7 and runs away, he did it for what was best for him, not caring about what anybody else thought. He wanted to feel free, and do what he wanted.
